From the very beginning, both Passion for Ocean and OCEANhab have been driven by women who believe in creating opportunities and shaping the future of our oceans. Founded by Rebekka de Leon and Lena Fagerwing, these initiatives were born out of a desire to not only protect marine environments but also create space for innovation and talent to thrive.
While women are at the core of our leadership, we know that in many parts of the world, women still face challenges in accessing opportunities and being recognized for their skills. We welcome those who are passionate about the ocean, innovation, and sustainability to join us on this journey.
